Canon IS & Macro Lens Site










Project Details:

DG Interactive deconstructed the print book materials to create an interactive environment. Menus guide the user to individual sections in which Flash animations, pop-up display windows, and image roll-overs enhance, organize, and increase the impact of the content for the web audience.







Canon USA's Camera Division created two print booklets to assist the users of their legendary EF lenses. Covering the Image Stabilization or "IS" and Macro lenses, the booklets give explanations on how they work as well as tips on how to use them and how to choose the right lens for your task.

DG Interactive was asked to re-format these booklets for the Canon USA Consumer Imaging Group website. Using our experience with print to web content, DGI created a dynamic, user-friendly Flash program which animated key portions of the illustrations and copy to make the content come alive for the user and take advantage of the capabilities of the Flash medium.

Content selection menus make it easy and convenient for the user to find the content for which they are looking and bring it to vibrant life.
