Dave Grossman, President

In January 2002, Dave formed DG Interactive, LLC, an interactive marketing agency. His goal was to start a company centered on digital marketing that would integrate the most common aspects of customer's digital needs: Website design and development with a focus on search engine optimization and online marketing. Dave feels that the key to unlocking value for clients is in building a client's brand by designing user-friendly sites that potential customers are able to find when they search online. Dave has a strong commitment to customer service and always makes sure the client's needs are met.

Prior to starting DG Interactive, Dave was a Senior Producer and Search Engine Strategist at ICE Integrated Communications and Entertainment in New York where he managed and consulted on projects for a diverse selection of clients including Forbes, Fidelity Investments, Canadian Tire, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Canon U.S.A.

Donald Osborne, VP Marketing Strategy & New Business Development

Donald has extensive experience in visual and live communications. He has created or collaborated on projects in every media- Internet, TV spots, promotional and training video, satellite TV, corporate meetings and events as well as marketing strategy.

As a brand marketing strategist, he has sold-in, supervised, and collaborated in global positioning research for leading corporations, including Fidelity IBG, Lockheed Martin Global Telecommunications, ILOG, Broadvision and Choice Seat among others. These projects have covered markets in the U.S., Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Donald has also conceived, supervised and delivered internal and external market research projects for R.H. Macy & Co, Inc. private label apparel programs.

He has led teams creating interactive sales training programs for Canon U.S.A., Clairol, Engelhard Chemicals and King Products, among others. He has partnered with Dave Grossman in DG Interactive since its inception.

Andrew Hladkyj, Senior Multimedia Designer

With a post-graduate education in Graphic Design and working in the interactive industry since the early nineties, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the DGI team with over 15 years experience in the interactive industry. He has designed interfaces for emerging technologies including the earliest interactive television program guides.

Andrew has art directed and designed websites for a number of leading companies including Air Canada/Aeroplan, Bell Canada, Canon USA, Direct Energy, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd, Fido Solutions, Janssen-Ortho, LG Electronics, Labatt/Budweiser Canada, Roche, Rogers Communications, and Xerox. In addition to freelancing, he has been teaching for almost a decade as adjunct professor for the York University/Sheridan College Joint Program in Design.

At DG Interactive, he continues to work on leading-edge multimedia including website and Flash design for a wide range of user experiences.

Tina Smith-Pautler, Senior Multimedia Designer

Tina has a wide range of work experience from photography to multimedia design. She is a key team member involved with the design and production of projects ranging from speaker support to interactive CD-ROMs. Some of the clients Tina has worked with include the Hudson's Bay Company, Canadian Tire, Sears, FedEx, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Nortel, Canon, Citibank, and the Bank of Montreal.

Nora Barker, Freelance Multimedia Designer

With a solid background in art and design, an M.F.A. in Computer Graphics and extensive experience in interactive media and video animation, Nora offers a combination of creative and technical expertise. Working both independently and as a team member with various production companies, she has designed, authored and directed for award-winning CD/DVD titles and press kits, as well as for large-scale corporate presentations, videos and websites. She has served a diversity of clientele, including ABC, Canon, Citibank, Essence Magazine, Godiva, Goldman-Sachs, IBM, LG, Linux, L'Oreal Paris, Nabisco, Nextel, Nokia, New York Life, Ricoh and Sony.

Sylvie Rodrigue, Translator / Proofreader

Sylvie has a master's degree in translation. She has worked as a translator and proofreader for 6 years, specializing in technical, educational, health and financial documents. She has also managed translation projects for the Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services, TVOntario and Davis and Henderson. Sylvie has just completed a French adaptation of Jacques Demers' biography (NHL coach) for adults learning to read and has recently begun doing community interpretation for local organizations. She has also taught French as a second language.

Steve Chatterton, Senior HTML Developer

Steve Chatterton taught himself how to build websites as a hobby in 1999. Within six months, the hobby had become a full-time job with DWL, Inc., where he built the HTML frameworks for custom web-based applications for companies like Citibank, Great West Life, Atlantic Blue Cross, MetLife and JP Morgan Chase. In August 2005, DWL was acquired by IBM.

Steve brings a decade's worth of coding HTML, JavaScript and PHP programming to the table, along with experience in search engine optimization and a solid background in programs such as PhotoShop, Illustrator and InDesign. Through his work at DGI he's been involved in numerous projects for Canon USA, LG Electronics, and Newtek Business Services.

David Campbell

David is a trained Classical Animator from Sheridan College (the top animation school in the world), working in Computer Animation since 1993.

He has done work for: Disney, Universal Studios, U.S. Defense Department, BMI, Warner Bros. and a number of European TV stations.

Some past projects include:
- Providing animation for conceptual theme rides and motion based theatres.
- Creating helicopter simulations for the Pentagon (for training pilots in Afghanistan). - Animations for music videos

David has also released some of his personal tools as production solutions for the Film/TV and Architectural market.
